Standard + Package

The Standard Package includes: 

• From October to April weekly property visits and reports by e-mail

• Fixture & fittings safety check (1 per year)
• Departure cleaning (1 per year)
• Arrival cleaning (1 per year)
• Welcome pack ready chilled on your arrival (1 per year)
• Airport transfer (1 per year)
• Bill payment services available at reduced rates

Full Package

For the more frequent visitor we offer the Plus Package. The Plus Package includes all the benefits of the Standard Package plus: 

• Departure cleaning (2 per year)
• Arrival cleaning (2 per year)
• Airport transfers are for 2 visits per year
• Bill payment is included
• Additional work rate slashed by 10%
• Welcome pack ready chilled on your arrival (2 per year)
• 24/7 help line for you & your guests

In case you have specific wishes which are not covered by these service packages we can offer you personalized service membership.

Service package membership is for a period of one year from January to December. If you contract our services during the year we will charge the remaining months of that year and the next year.
